I started Farmer Bill's because the meat snacks in the industry were lacking.
Most beef sticks are made with trim and scraps. We use the whole cow — NY Strip, Ribeye, Porterhouse, every steak cut — marbled cuts cured and air-dried for a rich, tender, flavorful bite.
Named after our founder's grandfather, Farmer Bill's partners with South Dakota ranchers whose cattle roam open pasture and never see a feedlot. Healthy soil, happy animals, good food.
