Yough started with a group of friends who refused to choose between good food and good health. While experiencing health conditions and strict doctor's orders to give up pizza (and basically, happiness), we decided to flip the script.
After discovering the 2-ingredient dough recipe, Yough was born with Greek Yogurt as the star. Even after eating an entire pizza, our founders felt incredible: no sluggish crash, no bloat, just satisfied taste buds. That's when we knew it was time to Yough.
